Mark joined Socitm Advisory’s board in February 2023 as part of our investment from BGF. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to our business, having experience across a number of sectors including finance.

Jess is an experienced transformational leader with over 20 years of public sector experience. Extensive experience of leading transformation in complex organisations. Works with customers adopting a people first approach, dedicated to supporting improvement in public services and driving sustainable and impactful change. Jess leads our team working in local government.

Helen is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience, in the HR field working predominantly in professional services. Helen is passionate about improving employee experience and employee engagement. 

With a background in programme and project management, agile, cloud and digital transformation, strategy and future operating models, Alex helps organisations to shape their response to technologically driven business evolution. Having worked in both local government and consultancy, Alex’s comprehensive experience benefits his clients. In his spare time Alex runs a regenerative agriculture business from his farm in Devon.

Tom has a wealth of experience in crafting bespoke bids and proposals that meet our customers needs across ERP and Digital Transformation, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the UK Public Sector including the unique challenges the sector faces, and is passionate about finding the right solutions for each of our customers.

Emma is an experienced business development & client relationship leader with over 20 years’ work experience in sales & marketing, working within the private and public sectors with a credible track record of sales and building positive relationships to grow and retain new business.

Nathan leads Civiteq’s IT function and has over a decade of experience spanning cloud engineering, technology operations and information security. He is passionate about designing and operating secure, scalable technology platforms and takes a hands-on approach to helping organisations mature their IT operations.

Shahid is CIMA and CPA qualified, leading our finance function. He has 20 years’ experience in reporting, compliance, treasury, budgets, and business planning. Shahid has worked in multiple sectors, with a strong track record in fast-growing organisations.
