Paul joined Socitm Advisory’s board in February 2023 as part of our investment from BGF. As a growth focused business executive, Paul has experience working across Internet infrastructure, SaaS, cloud computing and IT managed service markets.

A qualified public sector finance professional and senior leader with over 45 years of experience across the public sector, both directly within local and central government and as a consulting leader and strategic advisor, Tony offers a unique view to public service organisations transforming their back-office systems and processes. Since establishing Civiteq – the new name of Socitm Advisory, ten years ago, Tony has guided the leadership of over 100 public service organisations, to unlock progressive public services.

An experienced non-executive director and trustee, in his spare time Tony is a keen endurance cyclist.

Mark joined Socitm Advisory’s board in February 2023 as part of our investment from BGF. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to our business, having experience across a number of sectors including finance.

Jess is an experienced transformational leader with over 20 years of public sector experience. Extensive experience of leading transformation in complex organisations. Works with customers adopting a people first approach, dedicated to supporting improvement in public services and driving sustainable and impactful change. Jess leads our team working in local government.

Helen is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience, in the HR field working predominantly in professional services. Helen is passionate about improving employee experience and employee engagement. 

With a background in programme and project management, agile, cloud and digital transformation, strategy and future operating models, Alex helps organisations to shape their response to technologically driven business evolution. Having worked in both local government and consultancy, Alex’s comprehensive experience benefits his clients. In his spare time Alex runs a regenerative agriculture business from his farm in Devon.

Tom has a wealth of experience in crafting bespoke bids and proposals that meet our customers needs across ERP and Digital Transformation, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the UK Public Sector including the unique challenges the sector faces, and is passionate about finding the right solutions for each of our customers.

Emma is an experienced business development & client relationship leader with over 20 years’ work experience in sales & marketing, working within the private and public sectors with a credible track record of sales and building positive relationships to grow and retain new business.

Elaine is a senior marketing professional with experience across public and private sector, and a range of industries. She brings business expertise and experience across the marketing mix, leading our team of marketing professionals to cover all of our external marketing, communications and PR.

Shahid is CIMA and CPA qualified, leading our finance function. He has 20 years’ experience in reporting, compliance, treasury, budgets, and business planning. Shahid has worked in multiple sectors, with a strong track record in fast-growing organisations.
