In our session, Transformation for a balanced budget, you will hear Mel Creighton, Deputy Chief Exec & Director Finance and Resources, and Gavin Muncaster, Director of Digital, from Southampton City Council share their story of progress, alongside our CEO, Tony Summers and one of our transformation experts Alex Fillingham talking about Civiteq and our work with the council.
In the session you’ll hear from the senior leadership team at Southampton City Council, talking about their journey through exceptional funding to a balanced budget. You’ll take away insight from the Council’s work on their ERP system and their improvement programme leading to revenue generation initiatives, all with a financial management perspective. Co-hosting the session will be the team from Civiteq, sharing the part they’ve played in supporting the Council with their work.
