In this practical webinar you’ll hear directly from senior leaders who’ve successfully delivered LGR. Learn what they wish they’d known, how to build a safe and legal shadow organisation, and what it really takes to be ready for day one.
Our chair and panellists from Cumberland, Somerset and Dorset councils who have already been through LGR will discuss the key questions councils should ask, highlight common pitfalls, and share experiences that have brought success.
