The ERP Account Director (AD) is a leadership role of strategic importance to the future success of Socitm Advisory. The purpose of this role is to act as a senior advisor to our existing and prospective clients delivering against agreed sales and pursuit plans. The Account Director is a key member of the Sales Team, and the Team’s objective is to deliver the company’s growth targets.

The role is responsible for identifying and securing growth opportunities within existing client business and new logos. You will be expected to lead subject matter experts from across our organisation to ensure our clients receive an exceptional sales experience across all key measurables and engagement elements. You will be instrumental in driving growth and retention across all accounts and therefore experienced in building long lasting and meaningful relationships based on long term strategies and great stakeholder engagement.

Principal responsibilities

  • Develop individual account strategies both short and long term to maximise opportunities within the designated/prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer/prospective customer satisfaction in all areas of the Socitm Advisory value proposition.
  • Protect and develop the accounts for Socitm Advisory.
  • Achieve agreed targets for orders, revenue and profitability within the designated accounts
  • Personal responsibility for the development of operational and strategic relationships at all levels with personnel within the customers/prospects.
