Last April we launched an internal initiative to recognise colleagues for doing something amazing in the workplace, our High Five awards.
This month, the peer-to-peer initiative has reached a milestone – 50 nominations across our workforce!

Feedback and recognition is always valuable, but for colleagues we believe it’s extra special when it’s peer to peer. Colleagues taking the time to nominate others in recognition for them going above and beyond the normal responsibilities of their position, or making an extraordinary achievement within the business.
“At Civiteq, celebrating success is part of what we do. And as a remote business, initiatives like this are key to maintaining our culture”, says Helen.
