“As a founder of the company celebrating our tenth anniversary and having navigated the ups and downs of leading the company through most of that period, it feels like the right time to step aside from the responsibility for day-to-day oversight and hand the reins onto someone new to lead the organisation through the next stage of its journey.
“It’s certainly been the proverbial white-water ride, with periods of rapid growth, periodically interrupted by the need to navigate and survive the impact of a global pandemic and the market turbulence arising from the financial challenges facing our customers in our public sector markets.
“We’ve raised external investment that has provided a strong and stable financial footing to provide the platform for further growth and re-branded to create our own distinct identity that reinforces our public sector values.
“I’m proud to have been part of building a strong and successful brand and look forward to continuing to help build the company into the future. I’ll be doing so as a Non-Executive Board member, retaining a personal focus on helping to expand our presence into new public sector markets and will be helping to recruit a new CEO to oversee day-to-day delivery.“Our current Executive Team of James Henderson, CFO, Rachel Barker, Director of Sector Strategy and Partnerships and Edward Pearson, Director of Delivery Excellence will take on joint leadership of the business going forward until our new CEO joins.
